Vegetables
- 50g chopped nozawana pickles
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
Noodles
- 20g vermicelli, cut in half
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Liquid
- 💧 500ml water

Chop nozawana pickles into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms and slice both caps and stems thinly.

Cut vermicelli noodles in half using kitchen scissors.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add nozawana pickles and shiitake mushrooms, then lightly sauté. Add water.

Bring to a boil, then add the seasoning ingredients and vermicelli. Simmer for 5 minutes.
