- 120g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 whole mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed and chopped
- 1 dried chili, halved and deseeded
Condiments
- 100cc olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Herbs
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
Bread
- 🥖 1/2 baguette, sliced
步驟
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Halve the mushrooms. Crush and roughly chop the garlic. Halve the chili and remove the seeds. Slice the baguette to your preferred thickness.
Place the octopus, mushrooms, garlic, and chili in a heatproof dish. Add olive oil, dashi powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix lightly. Place the dish on a baking tray and heat in a preheated toaster oven for 5–6 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with baguette slices.
