Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (300g)
Fish
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 50g broccoli sprouts
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, sliced
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl, add the salmon, and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
