Main Ingredients
- 100g fresh okara
- 150g ground beef and pork mix
- 140g red kidney beans
- 🍅 1 can diced tomatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Tortilla chips, as needed
Seasonings
- 60ml red wine
- 200ml water
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper

Mince the onion.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic and onion, and sauté until translucent.

Add ground meat and cook, breaking it apart until browned. Then add seasonings, kidney beans, and canned tomatoes. Mix well and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes.

Add okara and mix thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
