- 8 pieces (100g) okra

- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Rub okra with 1/3 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients) on a cutting board. Rinse with water and pat dry. Trim the stem ends and remove the calyx. Cut diagonally in half.

Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add okra and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until cooked. Add cod roe, sake, mirin, and soy sauce, and stir-fry until the cod roe changes color.
