- 🍗 300g minced chicken
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag (8 pieces) okra
- 2 myoga
Binding Agents
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Dash of pepper

Slice the okra into rings and finely chop the myoga.

In a bowl, mix minced chicken, okra, myoga, and all ☆ seasonings.

Add potato starch to the mixture, mix well, and transfer to a storage bag. Cut the edge of the bag and pipe the mixture onto a microwave-safe plate. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
