- 1/4 spring onion

- 20g vermicelli

Soup Base
- 💧 400cc water
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Rub okra with salt on a cutting board, rinse with water, and slice into rounds. Thinly slice myoga and diagonally slice spring onion. Cut vermicelli into manageable lengths and soak in water for 20 minutes.

Heat the soup base ingredients in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add vermicelli and cook until softened.

Add okra, myoga, and spring onion to the pot. Simmer briefly and serve.
