- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Rub okra with salt (not listed in ingredients), rinse with water, and pat dry. Trim the stem and cut into diagonal thirds.

Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.

Cut sausages into diagonal thirds.

Bring water, consomme, salt, and pepper to a boil in a pot.

Add sausages and shimeji mushrooms, and simmer over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.

Add okra and simmer for about 1 minute.
