- 6 okra pods
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Seasonings
- 10g salt kombu
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Trim the okra by cutting off the stem and peeling the skin around the base diagonally.
Rub the okra with salt and rinse under water.
Place the okra in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Cool in water.
Cut the okra diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
In a bowl, mix grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add the prepared vegetables, salt kombu, and white sesame seeds, then toss to combine.
