- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Rub okra with 1/3 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients) on a cutting board. Rinse with water and pat dry. Trim the stem ends and remove the calyx. Cut diagonally into halves.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the okra and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until cooked through. Add salted kombu and white sesame seeds, and stir-fry until well combined.
