食材
Rice
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
- 1 1/2 tbsp sushi vinegar
Fish
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Vegetables
- 24g okra (2–3 pieces)
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- Seaweed, as needed
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Mix cooked rice with sushi vinegar until well combined, then let it cool to make sushi rice.
Pat tuna dry with paper towels and cut into 1.5cm cubes.
Combine sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add tuna and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes to marinate.
Rub okra with salt to remove fuzz, rinse, trim ends, and slice thinly.
Assemble the bowl: place sushi rice, layer okra, add marinated tuna with marinade, top with egg yolk, sprinkle sesame seeds and seaweed.
