- Sliced chili to taste

Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Cut block bacon into 1cm slices, then further cut into 1cm cubes. Slice boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Add olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt to a pot and heat on low. Once aromatic, add bacon, octopus, and olives, then simmer on medium heat.
