- 5 perilla leaves

步驟
Thinly slice the onion using a slicer and soak it in water with a drop of vinegar to remove the sharpness. Drain completely.
Cut the perilla leaves into thick strips and set aside.
Mix vinegar, olive oil, sugar, and salt together to create the dressing.
Combine the onion with the dressing and refrigerate until ready to serve. Add the perilla leaves just before serving.
Serve alongside grilled meat, pancakes, or other dishes.
