步驟
Boil water in a pot, blanch the spinach until tender, then boil the eggs for 12 minutes.
Drain the spinach, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the ham in half and peel the eggs, slicing them lengthwise.
Slice the baguette diagonally into 3cm pieces. Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the bread, then layer with ham, spinach, egg, and cheese. Toast in an oven toaster for 5 minutes.
