Cream
- 🥛 430ml heavy cream
Sugar
- 🧂 70g sugar
Cookies
- 🍪 140g Oreo crumbs
- 🍪 6 whole Oreo cookies
Cheese
- 🧀 200g cream cheese
步驟
Mix 100g Oreo crumbs with 30ml heavy cream until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 20g portions and press firmly into mousse rings using a damp pressing tool. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Whip 400ml heavy cream with 40g sugar using a hand mixer until peaks form.
Cream 200g room-temperature cream cheese and mix with 30g sugar until smooth.
Combine whipped cream (reserve some for decoration) with the cream cheese mixture and add 40g Oreo crumbs. Mix well.
Fill mousse rings with the cream cheese mixture, pressing firmly to avoid gaps. Smooth the top with a spatula and freeze for 3 hours.
Decorate with reserved whipped cream and place a whole Oreo cookie on top.
