Dry Ingredients
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 6g baking powder
- 🧂 1g salt
- 🍬 45g sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 100g cold unsalted butter
- 🥛 50g milk
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Add-ins
- 🍪 60g crushed Oreo cookies
- 🍪 40g Oreo cookies for topping
- 🍫 70g chocolate chips
- 🌰 50g roasted pecans (optional)
步驟
Sift the flour and baking powder together.
Add sugar and salt to the dry mixture and mix well.
Cut cold butter into small pieces and mix into the dry ingredients until crumbly.
Add milk and egg yolk to the mixture and combine gently.
Fold in crushed Oreo cookies, chocolate chips, and pecans (if using).
Divide the dough into 6 portions and shape into rounds.
Top each scone with additional crushed Oreo cookies.
Chill the scones in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
Cool the scones for 10 minutes before serving.
