Vegetables

- 🍋 1/2 lemon
Marinade
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic

Place pork ribs and marinade ingredients into a storage bag, massage well, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Cut the onion into wedges and the lemon into quarters.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, spread the onion wedges, place the marinated pork ribs and lemon quarters on top, and bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
