Staple
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 1/4 bunch mitsuba, chopped
Seasoning
- 💧 150ml water
- 3 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
步驟
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly and chop the mitsuba into 3cm pieces.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat lightly to make whisked eggs.
In a frying pan, combine water and mentsuyu. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add chicken and onion. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Pour the whisked eggs evenly into the pan. Cook until semi-set, then turn off the heat and cover with a lid for 1 minute to steam.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with the chicken and egg mixture, and garnish with chopped mitsuba.
