- 🦪 6 oysters (90g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 Chinese cabbage (320g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 2 slices ginger
- 💧 150 ml water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch

Separate Chinese cabbage leaves and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice ginger thinly.

Rub oysters with potato starch in a bowl, then rinse gently with water and drain.

Heat the seasoning ingredients in a pan over medium heat. Once boiling, add cabbage and simmer covered for 5 minutes on low heat. Add oysters and simmer covered for another 3 minutes. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
