- 🦪 120g shucked oysters
Meat
- 🍗 100g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 100g chrysanthemum greens
- 🧅 50g white part of green onion
- 🍄 60g shiitake mushrooms
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
Seasonings
- 150cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp grated ginger
步驟
Coat the oysters with cornstarch and rinse under cold water. Pat dry.
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and slice green onion and shiitake mushrooms.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté chicken until lightly browned.
Add oysters, green onion, shiitake mushrooms, and chrysanthemum greens to the pan.
Mix water, sake, mirin, miso, and ginger in a bowl and pour into the pan.
Simmer for 10 minutes until flavors meld and ingredients are cooked through.
Sprinkle ground sesame before serving.
