- 1/2 pack pea sprouts (125g)

- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili

- 150ml olive oil
Preparation
- 1 tbsp potato starch
步驟
Trim the roots of the pea sprouts and cut them into bite-sized lengths. Halve the garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
In a bowl, mix the oysters with potato starch. Add enough water to cover and gently wash the oysters. Replace the water until it becomes clear, then drain and pat dry with kitchen paper.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat. Add oysters and simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes. Add pea sprouts and stir until slightly wilted.
