Preparation
- 1 tbsp potato starch
步驟
Cut the yellow bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
In a bowl, mix the oysters with potato starch. Add enough water to cover them and gently wash. Replace the water until it becomes clear, then drain and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the oysters and bell pepper, then simmer on medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
