- 🦪 8 oysters (120g)

- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), sliced
- Chopped green onion, as needed

- 1 tbsp sake

Place oysters and potato starch in a bowl. Gently rub them together, add enough water to cover, and wash the oysters gently. Drain the water.

Slice the onion thinly.

Place onion slices, oysters, sake, salt, pepper, and butter on aluminum foil. Wrap tightly.

Place the foil packet on a baking tray and heat in a toaster oven for about 15 minutes. Drizzle ponzu sauce and sprinkle chopped green onions before serving.
