- 🦪 200g shucked oysters
Coating
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1.5 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
步驟
Mix oysters with 1 tbsp potato starch in a bowl. Add water and gently wash the oysters until the water runs clear. Pat dry and lightly coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add oysters and cook until browned. Flip them over, add sake, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Remove the lid, add butter, ponzu sauce, and salt and pepper. Stir-fry quickly to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
