- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
