Fish
- 🐟 2 sardines, cleaned (180g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
- 🧅 10cm minced green onion
- 1/2 piece minced ginger
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
步驟

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Mince green onion and ginger.

Open sardines along the backbone and remove the bone. Pat dry with paper towels and coat with flour.

Mix all ☆ sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry sardines until golden on both sides, then remove and plate over lettuce.

Wipe the pan clean and add the ☆ sauce. Simmer over low heat for 1–2 minutes, then pour over the sardines.
