- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
