Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna greens
- 🧅 1/2 scallion, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut yellowtail into 4 pieces, sprinkle with salt, let sit for 10 minutes, and pat dry. Coat with cornstarch.

Cut mizuna into 4cm pieces and mince scallion. Mix scallion with sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the scallion sauce.

Heat salad oil in a pan to 170°C, add yellowtail, and fry until cooked through, flipping occasionally.

Arrange mizuna and fried yellowtail on a plate, then drizzle with scallion sauce.
