Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken thigh and cook until the color changes. Add onion and grated garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes tender.

Add paprika and the tomato sauce ingredients (☆). Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the paprika becomes soft. Optionally garnish with basil and serve.
