Main Ingredients
- 🍗 250g chicken breast
- 1 red paprika
- 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
步驟
Boil the chicken breast, then shred or chop it into small pieces.
Slice the red paprika into medium-sized pieces. You can substitute with other colored paprika or bell peppers.
Cut the green onion into bite-sized lengths.
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add 1 pinch of salt, and whisk well.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add paprika and chicken breast, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add the chopped green onion and 1 pinch of salt, then stir-fry for another minute.
Pour the whisked eggs evenly over the stir-fry and gently mix until the eggs are cooked.
