- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- Pinch of black pepper
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟

Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.

In a plastic bag, combine the pickling ingredients (☆) and massage until the sugar dissolves.

Add the bell peppers to the bag, massage gently, and seal the bag while removing excess air. Refrigerate for half a day.
