- 1 pack pea sprouts
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 300ml water

Trim the roots off the pea sprouts and cut them in half. Julienne the carrot.
