Noodles
- 🍜 1 pack udon noodles
Sauces and Seasonings
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🥜 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 🧂 0.5 tsp sugar
- 🌰 0.5 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
Liquids
- 💧 1 tbsp noodle water or plain water
Oil and Garnish
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
步驟
Boil udon noodles in boiling water for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut butter, sugar, sesame seeds, chili powder, and minced garlic.
Chop green onion finely and sauté in a heated pan with vegetable oil.
Pour the prepared sauce into the hot oil and mix well.
Add noodle water or plain water to the sauce and stir to combine.
Add the boiled udon noodles to the pan and toss well with the sauce.
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top and serve.
