Slice the garlic thinly. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat, add garlic and chili, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shirasu and peanuts to the pan, stir-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Add green onion, sansho, and salt, and mix well to finish.
