- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1-1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧅 1 stalk spring onion
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- 2 tbsp perilla oil

Clean the mushrooms, remove excess water, trim the stems, and tear them into bite-sized pieces.

Heat 2 tbsp of perilla oil in a pot, add the mushrooms, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
