Mushrooms
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🍄 1 pack Manila clam mushrooms
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Vegetables
- 5 perilla leaves, julienned
Sauce
- 3 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp allulose or oligosaccharide
步驟
Trim the ends of enoki and Manila clam mushrooms, then tear them apart. Slice the shiitake mushrooms.
Julienne the perilla leaves and set aside.
Mix 3 tbsp perilla seed powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp perilla oil, and 1 tbsp allulose or oligosaccharide to make the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan, add the mushrooms, and season with two pinches of salt. Stir-fry until tender.
Plate the stir-fried mushrooms, top with julienned perilla leaves, and drizzle the sauce over.
