- 200g boiled bamboo shoots
Seasonings
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 1/2 tbsp water

Cut the bamboo shoots in half horizontally. Slice the tip into quarters lengthwise, and cut the base into 5mm thick slices.

Place the bamboo shoots in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds. Drain and let cool.

Mix the seasonings in a storage bag, add the bamboo shoots, and gently massage. Remove air from the bag, seal, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
