Fish
- 🐟 2 filleted horse mackerels
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- enough salad oil for frying
Sanbaizu Sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp sliced red chili
步驟
Thinly slice the green onion and soak in water. Drain well.
Remove small bones from the horse mackerel fillets. Season with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with cornstarch.
Combine the Sanbaizu sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes.
Heat salad oil to 170°C and fry the horse mackerel until golden brown. Remove and immediately dip into the Sanbaizu sauce while hot.
Plate the fish, garnish with the sliced green onion, and serve.
