- 100g napa cabbage

Seasonings
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 1/2 tbsp water

Cut napa cabbage into 2cm-wide pieces. Trim both ends of the cucumber and slice diagonally into 5mm-thick pieces.

In a resealable bag, mix the seasonings (☆). Add the vegetables and gently massage. Remove air from the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes.
