- 🍬 180g sugar
- 🍶 180cc vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt

Wash the radish thoroughly and peel off the skin completely.

Cut the peeled radish in half and slice it thinly. Thin slices improve texture.

Place the sliced radish into a storage container.

Mix the sauce ingredients: 200cc water, 180g sugar, 180cc vinegar, and 1/2 tbsp salt.

Pour the sauce over the radish slices in the container. Your pickled radish is ready!
