- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🐖 100g sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g napa cabbage
- 🍄 4 dried shiitake mushrooms
Staples
- 20g glass noodles
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of shichimi togarashi
Liquid
- 💧 600ml water
步驟
Rehydrate dried shiitake mushrooms in water for 20 minutes.
Cut chicken thigh and pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Chop napa cabbage into large chunks.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté chicken and pork until lightly browned.
Add water, rehydrated shiitake mushrooms, and soaking liquid to the pot.
Add napa cabbage and simmer for 60 minutes on low heat.
Add glass noodles and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Season with sake and salt, adjusting to taste.
Serve hot with a pinch of shichimi togarashi for added spice.
