- 🐖 50g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 🧅 10cm green onion, minced
Dairy
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
Oils
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Condiments
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
Batter
- 🌾 100g all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 3 tbsp water
步驟
Mince the green onion.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and cook until slightly crispy. Remove and let cool.
In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients (flour, egg, salt, dashi powder, water). Add the cooked pork, bean sprouts, green onion, and cheese, then mix well.
Heat half the sesame oil (1 tbsp) in a frying pan, spread the batter evenly, and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and add the remaining sesame oil around the edges, cooking the other side until golden brown.
Cut into bite-sized pieces, serve on a plate, and accompany with ponzu soy sauce.
