- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 80g kimchi
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 400ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.

Add the ☆ ingredients, mix well, and bring to a boil. Add bean sprouts, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes. Then add kimchi and mix, bringing it to a boil again. Dissolve miso into the soup.

Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
