- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch chives
Condiments
- 100g kimchi
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the pork into 5cm wide pieces.

Cut the chives into 5cm lengths.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the pork. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.

Add bean sprouts and chives to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then add kimchi and soy sauce, mixing well.
