Main Ingredients
- 🐖 200g sliced pork belly
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Tonkotsu-style Soup
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 💧 500ml water
步驟
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces after removing the core.
Slice the pork belly into easy-to-eat portions.
Add all soup ingredients (marked ☆) into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the pork slices to the boiling soup and cook until the pork changes color. Skim off any foam or impurities.
Add the cabbage, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Drizzle sesame oil over the hot pot before serving.
