Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp salted kombu
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Place the cabbage in a microwave-safe container and spread the pork slices on top. Sprinkle sake over the ingredients, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes until the pork is cooked. Drain excess liquid.

Add the sesame oil, salted kombu, and white sesame seeds. Mix well.
