Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
步驟
Cut off the stem of the eggplants, halve them lengthwise, and slice diagonally into 5mm thick pieces.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the eggplants and stir-fry until they become tender.
Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry until the dish becomes glossy.
