Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 100g kimchi
- 🧅 Chopped green onions, as needed
Dairy
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Liquids
- 💧 Water, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the pork belly into 2cm wide strips.
In the rice cooker, add the soaked rice, seasonings, and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Layer the pork, shimeji mushrooms, and kimchi on top of the rice and cook using the normal rice setting.
Once cooked, add the pizza cheese, cover the lid, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Mix gently.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
