Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 5cm (100g) lotus root
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
Sesame Miso Sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 💧 2 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the lotus root into quarter slices and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sesame miso sauce until well combined.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the lotus root and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the sesame miso sauce to the pan and stir-fry until the ingredients are well coated. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
