Meat
- 180g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g enoki mushrooms
- 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 125g pea shoots
Noodles
- 20g vermicelli noodles
Oil
- A dash of sesame oil
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 180ml water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
步驟
Prepare all ingredients by slicing pork, cleaning mushrooms, and cutting pea shoots.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry pork until lightly browned.
Add enoki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and pea shoots to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Mix garlic, chicken stock powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water in a bowl. Pour into the pan and bring to a simmer.
Add vermicelli noodles to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
Combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl to create a slurry. Gradually add to the pan while stirring to thicken the sauce.
Serve hot and enjoy your pork and mushroom vermicelli stew.
